The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                 
SENATE BILL NO. 298 "An Act relating to licensure by the State                 
Medical Board" and recommended it be replaced with                             
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 298(HES), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to licensure by the State Medical                            
Board and temporary permits for certain                                        
optometrists."
